Magic Pouch Tools Return Policy
Our products are designed for professional use. To ensure product quality and prevent returns after use, we maintain the following return policy. Returns are accepted within 5 calendar days of the delivery date. Exchanges are only available for verified manufacturing defects reported within 48 hours of receiving the product.
Return Eligibility
To qualify for a return, the product must meet all of the following conditions:

Be new, unused, and in its original condition.

Show no signs of use, including dirt, dust, chemicals, or wear.

Include all original components and accessories.

Be in its original, unopened packaging.

Include the original proof of purchase.
Important: Any product that has been opened, used, installed, modified, or altered in any way is not eligible for return.
Non-Returnable Items
Returns will not be accepted for:

Products that have been used, installed, or tested.

Products exposed to chemicals, water, or cleaning solutions.

Products damaged due to misuse, excessive force, or improper handling.

Clearance, sale, or promotional items.

Customized or modified products, including logos, patches, or other alterations.
Manufacturing Defect Warranty
If a verified manufacturing defect is found, the product will be replaced at no additional cost.
This warranty does not cover:

Normal wear and tear.

Damage caused by tools or sharp objects.

Damage resulting from excessive weight or improper use.

Any form of misuse or abuse.
Return Shipping & Refunds
Customers are responsible for all return shipping costs. Original shipping charges are non-refundable.
Once your return has been inspected and approved, refunds will be issued to the original payment method. Please allow 3–7 business days for the refund to be processed.
